1 May 2017 You can't force the user to open the file in their browser, but you can specify options for the stream() method that hint to the browser whether or not to download the file. The default is to tell the browser that the file is an "attachment" which usually translates to a download. But if you modify the last line of your code as follows

30 Sep 2013 I've encountered a bug with DOMPDF where if a cell has a lot of embedded html, it will print many blank pages before finally printing the content. I've downloaded the latest (as of 2016-02-16) versions of the following from github: dompdf, php-font-lib, & php-svg-lib. I'm using v 7.x-2.0 of the print module. I've used find on the command line to search for this file, and I don't see it anywhere. My best guess is that it used to be part of the dompdf package, but it was
9 Sep 2013 It appears that it may be technically possible to embed some javascript inside the generated pdf that could automatically load the pdf viewer's print dialog upon load. 19 Sep 2017 anytime i print a data even of about 20 rows, it takes about 10 seconds to get the pdf file then loads and finish printing in about 2 mins And if i am to print about 1000 rows of data from database, it takes well over 40 minutes to do that. I therefore have to increase the set_time_limit and memory_limit .
